Pastor Jamie Tuttle serves as the Lead Pastor of Dwelling Place Church International in Cleveland, Tennessee.

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biblical Studies/Theology from Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, Georgia. In addition, he has a Master of Divinity degree with an emphasis in Marriage and Family from the Pentecostal Theological Seminary in Cleveland, Tennessee.

In 1993, he married Judy Jacobs, and together they birthed Dwelling Place Church International, His Song Ministries, the International Institute of Mentoring, His Song Music Group, and Dwelling Room Studios. Pastors Jamie and Judy have two daughters, Kaylee and Erica.

Pastor Judy Jacobs Tuttle serves as the Co-Pastor of Dwelling Place Church International.

She is known for her dynamic, inspiring, and anointed ministry. She has recorded more than nine solo albums and is the author of “Take it By Force, Stand Strong, Don’t Miss Your Moment, and You are Anointed for This”.  

She has given her whole life to the calling and the building of The Kingdom of God. She relentlessly seeks for this Kingdom to be poured into the Earth as it is in Heaven.

They are driven to see God's people shift into their true identities, while unceasingly chasing God’s heart. They are passionate about seeing every nation, ethnicity, and culture thriving as sons and daughters of God.
